Placebo Therapy Rulebook

This is a solo survival board game. You play as a pharmacist in a struggling, impoverished hospital. Due to a severe shortage of medical supplies, you are forced to rely on "placebo therapy" to maintain patients' hope for survival. Patients' optimism levels directly affect their confidence in treatment, and you must strategically allocate the limited real medications and placebos to protect the glimmer of life amidst despair.
